Contracts

We can review proposed contracts such as real estate sales agreements; residential or commercial lease agreements, agreements to sell businesses, etc. We can also draft contracts for you. If a party to the contract has failed to perform its obligations we can advise you about filing suit to enforce the contract.

Debtor/Creditor

If you are a creditor we can assist you by filing suit on your claim. If you already have a judgment against the person who owes you money, we can assist in collecting on that judgment. If you are a debtor we can advise you on defenses that may be available to you, and on exemptions that may be available to protect your property from creditor action.

Real Estate

We handle certain real estate matters, including landlord-tenant, partition, and litigation regarding sales agreements.

Misrepresentation and Fraud

If someone has defrauded you [i.e., made a statement about something that you believed to be true, and you relied on it, and the statement was false, and your reliance on the statement was justifiable and caused you to suffer harm] we can advise you about possible legal action concerning the fraud.
